Here I am doing the final mission for Rank 1. I have to give some Yagudo a peace offering of food and drinks. Windurst
has a small peace pact with them if we give them food. I think I was about level 15 at this point so I had no trouble getting
the food to them, despite agressive Yagudo. One quick smack from my hammer and they were down.
After finishing the mission I was promptly awarded Rank 2!
Here I am partying in the Maze of Shakhrami. Here we can fight these powerful Maze Maker monsters which give great EXP.
I was able to get to level 15 in no time. Don't ask me why my other party members decided to get all buddy-buddy and really
close to each other. They were probably huddled together scared of all the monsters in the cave, but they need not worry with
the super awsome WHM Saturian at their side.
I feel so sorry for Stink Bats no one seems to care about them :(
After waiting for an hour for a party with no results. I went insane. I started attacking lower level creatures. But
that didn't matter this kitty was out for blood and her rage was destroying anything in her path, including this monster.
Hmm, maybe I need a bigger hammer.
I found out that there was no one my level around because they all went to this place called the Valkurm Dunes. So I
headed out! But first I would have to get through the dangerous Buburimu Peninsula. An area with high level monsters
(well for me anyway) to get to the port town Mhaura. Of course it started raining :/
I was too scared to take any pictures, but I was able to make it to the town of Mhaura. It really is a tiny town, but
I can take the Ferry to Selbina which is right near the Dunes.
But the ship just left as soon as I got there. I had to wait for about 30 Earth minutes for it to get back.
Finally some good luck it seems that there are high level players on the ship. This is great because sometimes the ship
is attacked by sea monsters or Pirates. A.K.A Things that can easily kill me.
What everyone annoys the Captain.
Finally some nice beaches, with lots of people and EXP. Here we can fight crabs, flies, and goblins.
I even got a party with a cool Summoner who has Fenrir. So great! : )
My hero. He is protecting my from the monster by using his own body as a barrier. Or some could argue that it's just
a BLM casting his spell. I prefer the first explanation.
Oh great it figures that there is probably a hurricane coming. Oh well I'm level 20 now so I'm leaving the Dunes.
Here is the NPC who will teach me how to use a Sub-Job. I had obtained all three items (without much trouble) and was
over level 18 (actually I was level 20 now). This allows me to use the traits of another job along with my main job. The sub-job
has a level too only it is half the level of my main. As long as I have raised it's level.
